🎱 Ultimate Pool Seniors Series 2027
The Ultimate Pool Seniors Series returns in 2027 with 64 players competing across four Series weekends.
Every player will begin each weekend in a round-robin group stage before progressing into either the Gold or Silver knockout competition.
With every frame counting towards the group standings, the format rewards consistent performances throughout the weekend and ensures that every player progresses to a knockout event.
📅 Dates and Venues
There will be four Seniors Series weekends during the 2027 season.

A comprehensive match schedule will be published ahead of each Series weekend. All matches will be given an allocated start time.
⚙️ How the 2027 Seniors Series Works
The Series will feature 64 players competing across 16 groups.
- 64 players
- 16 groups of four players
- Round-robin group format
- Every player competes in three group matches
- All seven frames of every group match must be played
- Every frame won contributes towards the group table
- Top two players from each group progress to the Gold Knockout
- Players finishing third and fourth progress to the Silver Knockout
🔢 Group Table Scoring
Every group match will consist of seven frames, with all seven frames being played.
Players will receive one point for every frame won during their group matches.
For example:
Player A beats Player B 5-2
- Player A receives five points
- Player B receives two points
Players will be ranked in the group table according to their total number of frames won.
If two players finish level on points, their head-to-head result will be used to determine their final group positions.
🥇 Gold Knockout
The top two players from each group will progress to the 32-player Gold Knockout.

🥈 Silver Knockout
The players finishing third and fourth in each group will progress to the 32-player Silver Knockout.

Race distances may be increased for the Finals where the event schedule allows, at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
⭐ 2026 Player Priority
Ultimate Pool greatly appreciates the support and commitment shown by its existing Seniors Series players.
All players who competed in the 2026 Seniors Series will receive first refusal on a place for the 2027 season.
The priority window will close on 31st October 2026. Once this window has passed, any places that have not been secured may be offered to new players wishing to join the Ultimate Pool Seniors Series for 2027.
💷 Prize Money
The total advertised prize fund for the 2027 Ultimate Pool Seniors Series is £17,600, subject to all places being filled and all entry fees being paid in full.
There will be £4,400 in prize money available at each Series weekend.

Prize money at each event:
- Champion: £1,200
- Runner-Up: £600
- Semi-Finalists: £300
- Quarter-Finalists: £150
- Last 16: £75
Prize fund per event: £3,600
Four-event seasonal prize fund: £14,400
🥈 Silver Knockout
Prize money at each event:
- Champion: £300
- Runner-Up: £150
- Semi-Finalists: £75
- Quarter-Finalists: £50

Four-event seasonal prize fund: £3,200

📈 Ranking Points
The official ranking-points structure for the 2027 Ultimate Pool Seniors Series is currently being reviewed.
Full details of the ranking points and how they will apply across the Gold and Silver competitions will be added once finalised.
👕 Dress Code
All players will receive an official Ultimate Pool Series shirt, which must be worn during matches unless otherwise advised by the Tournament Director.
Players may display up to seven approved sponsorship logos on their playing shirt.
The permitted dress code is:
- Official Ultimate Pool Series shirt
- Dress trousers, smart chinos or golf trousers of any colour
- Formal shoes of any colour or all-black trainers
Players are expected to maintain the professional standards associated with Ultimate Pool when attending any event.
📺 Television and Streaming
The Ultimate Pool Series will continue to receive extensive broadcast coverage, with selected events and matches shown across Ultimate Pool’s platforms.
Sundays at Series weekends will be dedicated to non-Pro Series matches. Further broadcast and streaming information will be announced ahead of each event.
Seniors Series players will also receive complimentary access to the Ultimate Pool App’s premium service, providing access to every live Ultimate Pool event.

🎟️ Wristband Fees
The player wristband fee for 2027 will be £60 per Series weekend.
Rather than collecting wristband payments separately ahead of each event, the full annual wristband cost will be included within the player’s annual fees.
Annual player wristband cost: £240
This covers:
- Four Series weekends
- £60 per weekend
- Wristband costs included within the scheduled instalment payments
Players will no longer need to make a separate wristband payment before each Series weekend.
Guest wristbands will be available at the following prices:
- Full Weekend Pass: £25
- Day Pass: £10
Further information regarding wristband collection will be issued ahead of each event.
💳 Entry Fee and Payment Schedule
The Seniors Series entry fee for 2027 is £350.
The total amount payable, including all four player wristbands, is £590.
This comprises:
- Series entry: £350
- Four player wristbands: £240
- Total fee: £590
Payment schedule:
- £350 deposit – due by 31st October 2026
- £240 final payment – due by 26th February 2027
Players are responsible for paying their full annual fees, regardless of whether they attend every Series weekend.
Ultimate Pool reserves the right to remove and replace any player who fails to meet the published payment deadlines.

Ultimate Pool reserves the right to decline unsuitable applications and to amend formats, schedules, race distances and other operational elements where required. All decisions made by the Tournament Director will be final.
By paying the initial deposit, a player is committing to:
- Their place in the 2027 Ultimate Pool Seniors Series
- Paying the remaining balance in accordance with the payment schedule
- Reading, understanding and agreeing to the 2027 Ultimate Pool Series rules and terms and conditions
