🎱 Ultimate Pool Pro Series 2027
The Ultimate Pool Pro Series returns in 2027 with 96 of the world’s leading English 8-ball players competing across four major Series events.
The season will feature two single-elimination events and two double-elimination events, providing a mixture of formats and some of the biggest prizes in the sport.
A total of £335,600 will be paid out across the four Pro Series events, subject to all entries being paid in full.

A comprehensive match schedule will be published ahead of each Series weekend. All matches will be given an allocated start time.
⚙️ How the 2027 Pro Series Works
The 2027 Ultimate Pool Pro Series will feature:
- 96 professional players
- Two single-elimination events
- Two double-elimination events
- Single-elimination events on Weekends 1 and 3
- Double-elimination events on Weekends 2 and 4
- Events beginning on Thursday evening
- Events concluding on Saturday night
🔵 Single-Elimination Events
The single-elimination tournaments will take place during Series Weekends 1 and 3.
- 96-player field
- Straight single-elimination format
- All matches are races to 15
- Players ranked outside the Top 32 begin on Thursday
- Top 32 ranked players enter the event on Friday
- Event concludes on Saturday night
Once a player loses a match, they are eliminated from the event.
🔴 Double-Elimination Events
The double-elimination tournaments will take place during Series Weekends 2 and 4.
- 96-player field
- All players begin on Thursday
- Winners’ side matches are races to 11
- Losers’ side matches are races to 9
- Double elimination continues until the final four
- The event then moves into the concluding knockout stages
- Event concludes on Saturday night
Players must lose twice before being eliminated during the double-elimination stage.
🔄 Schedule Update
For 2027, all Pro Series events will begin on Thursday evening and conclude on Saturday night.
During single-elimination weekends, players outside the Top 32 will begin on Thursday, with the Top 32 entering the event on Friday.
During double-elimination weekends, all 96 players will be required to begin their event on Thursday.
Full session times will be confirmed in the official schedule published ahead of each event.
👤 Forfeits and Sponsor Picks
Should a player withdraw from a Pro Series event and create a vacant position, Ultimate Pool reserves the right to replace that player to maintain a full field.
Any replacement selected in these circumstances will be classed as an Ultimate Pool Sponsor Pick.
The selection of a Sponsor Pick will be made solely at the discretion of Ultimate Pool.
The replacement player will take the position of the withdrawn player within the event and will be eligible to compete as normal.
This provision is designed to ensure that, wherever possible, each Pro Series event operates with its intended full field.
💷 Pro Series Prize Money
The total advertised prize fund across the four 2027 Pro Series events is £335,600, subject to all entries being paid in full.

Monday nights will look different in 2027, with new events, new formats and a renewed focus on showcasing Ultimate Pool’s leading players on its biggest platform.
All Monday events will be broadcast under the new Monday Night Pool banner, featuring new theme music, new broadcast features and renewed energy.

👕 Dress Code
All players will receive an official Ultimate Pool Series shirt, which must be worn during matches unless otherwise advised by the Tournament Director.
Players may display up to seven approved sponsorship logos on their playing shirt.
The permitted dress code is:
- Official Ultimate Pool Series shirt
- Dress trousers, smart chinos or golf trousers of any colour
- Formal shoes of any colour or all-black trainers
Players are expected to maintain the professional standards associated with Ultimate Pool when attending any event.
📺 Television and Streaming
The Ultimate Pool Series will continue to receive extensive broadcast coverage, with selected events and matches shown across Ultimate Pool’s platforms.
Further television and streaming information will be announced ahead of each event.
Pro Series players will also receive complimentary access to the Ultimate Pool App’s premium service, providing access to every live Ultimate Pool event.

🎟️ Wristband Fees
The player wristband fee for 2027 will be £60 per Series weekend.
Rather than collecting wristband payments separately ahead of each event, the full annual wristband cost will be included within the player’s annual fees.
Annual player wristband cost: £240
This covers:
- Four Series weekends
- £60 per weekend
- Wristband costs included within the scheduled instalment payments
Players will no longer need to make a separate wristband payment before each Series weekend.
Guest wristbands will be available at the following prices:
- Full Weekend Pass: £25
- Day Pass: £10
Further information regarding wristband collection will be issued ahead of each event.
💳 Entry Fee and Payment Schedule
The Pro Series entry fee for 2027 is £2,700.
The total amount payable, including all four player wristbands, is £2,940.
This comprises:
- Pro Series entry: £2,700
- Four player wristbands: £240
- Total fee: £2,940
Payment schedule:
- £800 deposit – due by 31st October 2026
- £800 Payment 1 – due by 26th February 2027
- £800 Payment 2 – due by 30th April 2027
- £540 Payment 3 – due by 30th June 2027
Players are responsible for paying their full annual fees, regardless of whether they attend every Series weekend.
Ultimate Pool reserves the right to remove and replace any player who fails to meet the published payment deadlines.

Ultimate Pool reserves the right to decline unsuitable applications and to amend formats, schedules, race distances and other operational elements where required. All decisions made by the Tournament Director will be final.
By paying the initial deposit, a player is committing to:
- Their place in the 2027 Ultimate Pool Pro Series
- Paying the remaining balance in accordance with the payment schedule
- Reading, understanding and agreeing to the 2027 Ultimate Pool Series rules and terms and conditions
