🎱 LAST MAN STANDING (MEN)

FORMAT & RULES – 2026

Overview

Ultimate Pool’s Last Man Standing is a high-pressure elimination format where 32 players battle it out until only one remains.

After each match, the winner stays on the table and must choose their next opponent or go to a random draw.

👑 The last remaining player is crowned Last Man Standing.

The Assassins

A select group of players start as Assassins, each carrying a bounty.

Beat an Assassin → spin the Wheel You may acquire the bounty and become an Assassin yourself

If an Assassin wins the event, they take the main prize plus all remaining bounties.

Assassin vs Assassin

When two Assassins play:

Only bounty-based outcomes apply No additional rewards or advantages are available The Wheel

When an Assassin is defeated, the winner spins the Wheel for:

Instant cash Becoming an Assassin The Assassin surviving with the event’s single Extra Life

Only one Extra Life exists in the entire event.

Final – Extra Life Rule

If a non-Assassin beats an Assassin in the final and the Extra Life is still unused:

A Final Wheel is spun The match may be replayed if the Extra Life is activated

The winner is only confirmed once no Extra Life remains.

Match Flow

After each win:

Choose your opponent, or Take the random draw

After two consecutive wins:

You must pick an Assassin, or Go to the random generator The Hot Seat Enter by winning 3 matches in a row, or via the Joker Card Grants immunity from being selected Held until another player achieves 3 consecutive wins The Joker Card

One player is secretly selected to hold the Joker Card.

When used:

The player is exempt from the match They enter the Hot Seat They choose a replacement player

If revealed when selected:

The opponent’s win streak resets to zero Final 5 Stage

When five players remain:

Joker Card is removed Hot Seat no longer applies No immunity

From here, it’s straight elimination.
