Live Monday night Ultimate Pool action will return on January 9th with the third edition of the Champions League live on ViaPlay Sports UK, ultimatepool.tv and the Ultimate Pool App.
Won previously by Chris Melling (2021) and reigning champion Stevie Dempsey (2022), this year’s tournament is once again a ranking event but for the first time is a strictly professional affair, with the 64-player line-up confirmed after qualifiers last month.
The competition will run over 21 weeks and features the quick round robin format which has proven to be popular with viewers.

The Draw – Tasty Groups Aplenty
With the Ultimate Pool professional player roster more stacked than ever before, the draw for the opening phase has produced several mouthwatering groups to look forward to.
Former winner Melling will help open the event in Week 1 alongside Cleve Thompson, Luke Gilbert and Gary Clarke.
Reigning champion Dempsey begins his title defence in Week 8 in a group that contains snooker legend Mark Williams.
Each group has a top seed which relates to the professional rankings.
