Champions League Qualifying – Entries and Draws Confirmed

A field of nearly 100 players will line up for 2022 Ultimate Pool Champions League Qualifying this weekend at the Players Pool & Snooker Lounge in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Won last year by Chris Melling, the latest version of this prestigious event has expanded to 64 players, but again will be shown live on Monday nights via FreeSports TV in the UK and ultimatepool.tv everywhere else. The winner will walk away with £10,000.

There are 16 spaces available at this weekend’s qualifiers, as hopefuls aim to join the Ultimate Pool Professionals that are already in the main draw.

There will be separate straight knockout events on Saturday and Sunday, with the final eight from each (the quarter-finalists) all qualifying for the main draw, which starts on Monday 7th February.

Open to all, there is an impressive array of players who have entered the qualifiers, including reigning world champion Jon McAllister, four-time Mosconi Cup winner Karl Boyes, former European blackball champion Ryan Fleming and former world masters winner Callum Singleton.

The draws for both events can now be viewed on the new Live Scoring tab above or here.

All matches are the first to 6 frames, except for the last 16 (final round) which will be the first to 7 frames.
