The Ultimate Pool Group is delighted to announce that Australia has joined the Ultimate Pool Team. The Ultimate Pool Australia franchise will be running their own tour events under the Ultimate Pool umbrella in a landmark announcement for Aussie pool.

Scott Ryan, Ultimate Pool Commercial Director said, "We're delighted to launch Ultimate Pool Australia. Australia has been a hotbed of pool and produced some of the finest players the game has seen. Through Ultimate Pool Australia, we will see the game grow and see more participation for the sport. We had many offers of partnership however when we met with the team, their passion for the game shone through. This is an incredible development for all players in Australia."

The Australian Eight Ball Federation President, Travis Crawley; Treasurer and Event Coordinater, Melissa Crawley, Tournament Director Mark McAleer and Vice President Sawan Naker together made the following statement:

We’re looking forward to more sleepless nights in adding a new arm to the AEBF primary function in growing and promoting the sport of cuesports to all communities across Australia.
